“ This shop is at the bottom of college hill, making it a good spot if you're stopping for coffee before climbing up to Brown. I went with a soy milk latte with cinnamon powder on top. I felt like I was grabbing coffee from my hip grandma's house- I loved how cozy it was and the copper pots hanging by blue tile in the kitchen. It's quite charming and sweet here. I also grabbed a banana and a granola bar - they had tons of food items and grab and go items. My latte was absolutely delicious! ”

“ This quaint little cafe at the base of the very very very large hill was a nice little pit stop before getting our day started. The inside of the cafe is super cozy and filled with different paintings from local artists. We had the smoked salmon egg salad on a croissant and a homemade cinnamon roll. The sand which was great! Who knew that those two items went together. The cinnamon roll was okay! Definitely would be a place I would go back to! ”

“ I agree with everything everyone else wrote in their reviews--the good and the bad--and I still give it 4 stars because it's delicious and has a great atmosphere. This teeny spot makes the most of its space with tables, booths, "bar" seating, high tops and even a small outdoor patio. When I went, there was a line of people behind me. Most took their food to go. I got the Choklad salad, the salmon/egg salad sandwich, a San Pelligrino and a brownie. Way too much food for one person. The salad was incredible and so fresh! The sandwich was pretty good. Not enough "insides" to the amount of bread, but the bread was good and soft, so it kinda made up for it. The brownie was huge, but just okay. Service-wise, the English-accent girl was very nice, but the older woman at the register was a bit of a curmudgeon. She didn't seem like she was happy to be there, and she seemed kinda pissed that I paid by card instead of cash. The guy in front of me did, too. Are cards perceived to be an inconvenience in Providence? Anyhow, adorable spot that I'd go to all of the time if I lived in Providence. ”
